Can't believe how time flies. One year has passed since I launched my blog Hopping Heels and it still feels like yesterday. Well this is life my friend because the clock always keeps ticking. It's on you whether you just want to pass your life or actually live your life. And this was the thought that made me start my blog last year because I wanted to do something I liked the most. It was my passion for writing which made me write this blog straight from my heart and this is how Hopping Heels all began. Since I was a novice in blogging field, I actually stumbled many times too. But everytime it made me learn something new that made me want to do it even better. I know some earlier posts may not be that great but hey bear with me because I am still evolving and trying even harder to bring some better content for you all in the coming days.
I launched this blog as a travel, food and fashion blog jotting down my travel diaries that covered the places I visited, food I ate and my thoughts on the fashion. But gradually I realised I wanted to write about a lot of things that are happening in my daily life and that's how my blog gradually accommodated my lifestyle stories too.Take a look at the pictures below that summarise the first year stint on my blog.
My first post was on my visit to Morjim beach in Goa which is a small beach but very scenic and beautiful. I was completely in awe of this beach and it became my first post on which I just wanted to write how beautiful it was.To read in detail , click here
My favourite post on fashion has to be the one when my sister got married and I got to experiment with my looks by getting my makeover done by an expert makeup artist of Delhi. Why I love this post was because I just adore wearing Indian ethnic wear and getting all primped up in my favourite attire was something I just really loved.

My favourite travel blog post was on my visit to Corbett around Diwali in 2016. Why I like this post the most? Well because I visited this place when Delhi was engulfed in a heavy blanket of smog after Diwali. And it made me realise how nature in its pristine and pure form is so essential for the well being of all of us. It made me love the nature more. I remember how I loved to spend those 4 days in Corbett, surrendering myself completely to the beauty of nature. You can read the post in detail, click here to read.
